Mammoth Pool Mobile Home Park

Mammoth Pool park sits at 2,500 feet elevation, between Fresno and Yosemite in central California. The closest market and gas station is in North Fork, 6 miles from the park.

17 of the 32 spaces were occupied when we bought a 50% managing interest in the park. 8 of the spaces were tenant owned units and 6 of the pads were empty.

5 months later all the pads were filled with rentable homes and the park reached 90% occupancy. The on-site manager is still on board.

The park has a nice feel in the sunny California foothills, near lakes and streams. Many of the tenants are retired and some have been at the park over 20 years.
